Lucky Lotteries lives up to its name for $10,000,000 winner

A Sydney man who held the winning ticket in Tuesday's winner-take-all Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw has walked away with over $10,000,000 - and claims he was "strangely calm" about it.
The happy winner explained how he had checked lotto results online and noticed the huge jackpot had been won, wondering "who that lucky person is". When he realised he had the winning ticket in his possession, he simply couldn't believe it.
"I didn't get much sleep last night!" he said, adding the he checked his ticket "about 20 times" until it finally sunk in. After lottery officials confirmed his new multi-millionaire status, the winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, said his life was about to get much happier.
"I know exactly what I'm going to do," said the winner when asked how he would spend his windfall. His main desire is to share the money with his children before taking his wife to see the world - travelling Business Class, of course. He jokingly added that he was "reviewing" his work situation.
Unlike other Australian lotto games where the jackpot is often shared among multiple winners, only 1 Lucky Lotteries ticket can win the jackpot, meaning a single winner takes the entire prize pool. However, this can only occur if the ticket has already won a cash prize in the same draw.
Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot has a guaranteed minimum jackpot of $1,000,000 each draw. The upcoming draw 999 offers more than $10,000 guaranteed prizes including a first prize of $200,000.
